The chairman of BBVA took part this Friday in the second edition of the Gran Vía Forum in Bilbao, an event promoted by the BBK Foundation. Carlos Torres Vila focused his remarks on how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the relationship between banks and their customers. As he explained, BBVA sees artificial intelligence as an opportunity to create distinctive value for its customers and has therefore developed a very clear roadmap to define where and how it can generate the greatest impact.
